The dining room is next to the kitchen and leads to the main sitting room with comfortable sofas, plenty of books, games and DVDs and a Smart TV. A beautiful arched doorway leads into the upper floor sleeping area with two double rooms (one of which can be made into a twin) and a single room. One double has an ensuite bathroom and there is one other bathroom which serves the other bedrooms on this level. There are wood burners in the sitting room and the kitchen for the winter months.
